Can you also deliver?

During the workweek, we often can. You can select this as an option when making the booking, after which our team will contact you with the details.

Can I also rent as a consumer?

No, we only rent out to registered business with a chamber of commerce number.

Can I book all types of equipment just like that?

In principle, yes, but much of the equipment we rent out is very specialized and cannot be used without prior experience. If we notice that the affinity or experience with the more complex items is insufficient, we reserve the right to refuse the assignment or require that a crew member from Stream My Event is present during the production. This also applies to our complete control sets, which require real technical expertise, and we want someone from our team to be present as a set technician during the first few uses.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Depending on the value of the equipment, you may have to pay a € 300 or € 1000 deposit. It is possible to pay this on pickup using a debit or creditcard. The deposit will be returned to you after the equipment is returned.
