The Terms & Conditions

💰 Salary: Market competitive, based on a transparent system with scales and job levels. You’ll know where you stand.

🥡 Lunch & Dinner: Lunch is always on us, and we arrange dinner on long evenings and during productions.

🚅 Travel Expenses: We cover them.

🏠 Working Hours / Remote Work: Do what works for you. As long as the job gets done.

🏖️ Vacation Days: Officially 21, but we’re flexible if you need more time off.

Flexibility

Our work is dynamic. It’s common not to know what you’ll be doing or where you’ll be the next day until the night before. If you can’t handle that, this job isn’t for you. Weekend and late-night work are also common.

Commitment

There’s no business like show business, and the show must go on. In this field, we don’t shy away from challenges and never give up. We don’t go home until the show is over. If we collapse, we do it without complaining and with a smile. So we can tell the story around the barbecue later.

So, What Are the Vacancies?

Video Engineer

Our engineers are jacks-of-all-trades. We don’t have separate departments; everyone is expected to know a bit about cameras, audio, video, lighting, streaming, networking, and platforms. Engineers create technical plans, conduct research, prepare productions, pack productions, set up productions, operate the controls, perform repairs, build new sets, manage the warehouse, etc. We have positions available for various experience levels, from intern to senior.

Project Manager

Project managers are ultimately responsible for the successful execution of a project. They handle planning, callsheets, work with sales to coordinate the production pipeline, and maintain close contact with clients and engineers to achieve the desired outcome. As a project manager, you are always present at the production you’ve managed, so it’s not just an office job. Technical knowledge is required for this role; many of our project managers start as engineers and gradually move up.

Intern Video Engineer

Don’t want a coffee-fetching internship? You’re in luck; we put you to work hard. On serious productions where you actually operate the controls. We provide you with a competency list to complete during your internship. Once you’ve completed a task, your supervisor signs off on it, and you can perform that task on productions. This system allows us to quickly give you a lot of responsibility.
